A Fun and Practical Guide to Greener Living

Taste More, Waste Less is my hands-on guide to cutting down on food waste without losing the fun. Over the course of several weeks, I visited the local bakery Wek, chatted with community farms, and explored eco-stores—then spent two months testing their habits in my own life.

All that research turned into a vegetarian-friendly booklet with two levels of tips:

  • Level 1: Simple steps for anyone new to reducing food waste.
  • Level 2: Deeper techniques if you’re ready to go further.

You’ll learn everything from shopping locally and chatting with friendly bakers, to cooking hearty meals with minimal waste. The focus isn’t on being perfect—it’s about celebrating every small step forward. I hope it inspires you to eat greener and discover just how rewarding mindful habits can be.
